RAGING EMOTIONS

-by MEL. wrote this cos there are indeed raging emotions within me. I cant control this. Sorry, will come up with a cheery poem one day. I just had sudden inspiration for this cos of my feelings.

It hurt so bad.
It hurt like hell.
I never expected.
To feel this way.
To feel so bad.
To feel like hell.
Where were you?
Who are you?
Please go away.
..But please stay.

Wandering around lost,
Searching for something,
Misery I found,
Blind fears of nothing,
I never thought,
I tripped and fell,
You laughed at me,
You never cared.
I dont know you.
You dont exist.
To hell with you.
I hate you.

But I vowed
I vowed to heaven
I prayed with heart
To death I live
Im living a lie,
I cannot survive.
I try to go on.
To be strong.
For you I love.
To you Im true.
But you left me empty,
broken with despair.
I dont understand this,
I cant fathom your poison,
You thrust with utmost silence.

I saw you with someone else,
It stabbed through me,
Right into my organs,
I couldnt breathe,
My heart stopped,
My breath devoured,
From then on,
it was the life I led,
Jealousy was all I had,
When I knew I was out,
Out of your heart.
I knew it was over,
But I had nothing to say,
When everything I felt,
Felt too much.

Now Im trying to cope,
Just trying to let go.
I wanted to let you know,
But you were never there for me.
You were never there to see a tear roll down my eye.
You never loved, only a stranger I despised.
Stop taking me for granted,
Stop showing me the signs,
You dont love me,
Like you used to.
The past is dead.
The dead still haunts,
Lives on.
Wherever you go,
Ill be by your side,
But Ill never forget,
The wounds that never close up,
Were the wounds I opened for you.

The scars remain,
they never fade,
superficial stains,
will always stay on the blade,
they are the blemish,
they are the pain,
my skin is delivered,
For you I sin.
